Making Connections

We provide a confidential one-to-one service for people with Mental Health and Autism Spectrum conditions. Our primary person centred programme is called "Making Connections"

  • This 18-month programme was developed with the aim of connecting fundamental beliefs about what people desire and practical ways of making things happen to achieve each person's own potential.

  • Our Making Connections programme is person-centred, which seeks to improve the quality of life of an individual by enabling and empowering them to make decisions and choices that enhance their capacity to live more meaningful lives in their community.

Programme Outcomes

By being involved on the Making Connections programme you will meet with one of our facilitators. This will be on a one-to-one basis to explore opportunities and set personal goals that may be relevant to you.
